Welcome to your best life!

What is Pilates?

"The act of forcing a fake smile to suppress the urge to unleash a barrage of foul language while performing an extreme core workout". At least what I thought after my first class. Actually, Pilates was originally called “Contrology,” and is a method of whole body exercise designed to improve daily activities and livelihood.

Build The Body You'll LOVE!

"I’m 54 female and been doing Pilates for the last few years . I used to practice Yoga and realized that I’m over flexible and that is the reason for hip and lower back pain. Mostly after yoga class... I needed to strengthen my body and I achieved that with Pilates. Thanks to MVP's very professional and supportive attitude! Thank you!"
